We are looking for an ALL STAR!!! A State-of-the-Art Orthodontic office located in Saint Charles Illinois is currently seeking an Orthodontic or Dental Assistant that is looking for something new and challenging. Applicants must have an interest in Airway Focused and Functional Orthodontics. You must be willing to be a part of a team on the cutting edge of the industry. Dr. Ed Lipskis and his team will provide clear and structured on-the-job training to assure your success.
Our practice is professional, customer service oriented, and dedicated to the prevention and /or natural treatment of health problems. Our philosophy is to provide the highest level of evidence-based care for patients ages 5-99. Applicant must enjoy working in a team-centered approach. Experience must include either orthodontics or general dentistry.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an orthodontic assistant is a must.
- Knowledge of orthodontic procedures, instruments, and materials
- Lab work experience is preferred but willing to train
- Ability to perform orthodontic procedures such as fitting bands, brackets, and wires
- Proficiency in dental software systems for patient management and scheduling
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of medical documentation and recordkeeping procedures
- Familiarity with Dolphin software for orthodontic treatment charting
